Upgrading to ph8.40.g

We stopped our 8.40.f dispatcher.then after starting STARTUPA840g.exe from a terminal we get a screen full of error messages something about CCCXL failure and terminated.
Has this happened to any of you and what did you do to correct it?
We are going to try change the ports that the new phwebserver and dispatchers are using.
