VMS RDMS$FLAGS in powerhouse...

we have a poorly optimized view that we are using in a quick screen that we
are trying to debug but when we use the DEFINE RDMS$SET_FLAGS
"DETAIL,STRATEGY"

what we get from RDB is cryptic.. IE
  0 = RDB$RELATIONS
Get     Retrieval by index of relation 0:RDB$RELATIONS
  Index name  RDB$REL_REL_NAME_NDX [1:1]         Direct lookup
    Keys: 0.RDB$RELATION_NAME = <var0>

Is there a way to get the actual names rather then the replacements provided
