Upgrading to ph8.40.g

Are you sure that you're using all the G components, including the PHCGI? 
Is it possible that one or more are still in memory?

The other thing to do is to work through the installation section of the 
Planning and Configuration book because there are tests for each 
component. Also, the Troubleshooting chapter may help.

We stopped our 8.40.f dispatcher.
then after starting STARTUPA840g.exe 
from a terminal we get a screen full of error messages 
something about CCCXL failure and terminated.

Has this happened to any of you and what did you do to correct it?

We are going to try change the ports that the new phwebserver and 
dispatchers are using.
