Hey Robert,

Who says PH is not good for realtime stuff?  We have a server written in
Quick that runs as a detached process that works beautifully (using VMS
mailboxes, talking to a Burr Brown TM9000) for our labeling/barcoding
system, which spits out barcoded labels and records serial number data on
demand from many production lines running simulateously.

Just thought I'd throw that out...
