PowerHouse with UNIX

I thought Maestro worked on both MPE & HPUX? And that's fairly
sophisticated, very easy to understand etc etc. 
 (I supported it 15 years ago, think it's still on the market)

What really surprises me, is that it does not seem to exists any third party
batchmanagement software for unix that takes care of these things in a more
sophisticated way.
