Best way to implement Cognos

I would second Bill's vote for Alpha/OpenVMS/RMS being the best compromise
between cheap and reliable, if you really need a box at each site.  And if
you don't need Web or Axiant capability, I would stick with the last version
7 release, until they get the PHD back into version 8.
