Best way to implement Cognos

The Internet is far too flaky to stake your business
on, imo. T1 prices vary by location, but where I am it's
at least triple that $400 monthly cost. There are dialup
services available though.

As for box, I agree HP is the way to go, but get one that
says "Alpha" on the front.  :-)
