Undoubtedly, one single HPe3000 system, with WAN links to the sites.
As I understand it, your communication lines within mainland USA are in
excellent shape, and Internet can be treated as LAN, almost.
The single HPe3000 will prove cost effective, and a "resource lean"
environment for both software and hardware management, but an excellent
scaleable platform.
IMHO, by combining the HPe3000, Image/SQL, and PowerHouse you won't get a
more cost effective/reliable platform/database combination anywhere, both
from a developers as well as users point of view.

Neil

Subject: Best way to implement Cognos
I am currently working with a customer who will be rolling out a PowerHouse
application consisting of 200 screens 100 quiz and 50 Qtp to multiple
locations each location has about 10 concurrent users. I am curious what
everyone thinks the most cost effective/reliable platform/database
combination would be for the one development location and the other run time
locations?
