I would have to echo this. I worked at 2 companies and
both projects were eventually bagged, one after 9 months,
the other after 2 1/2 years. If you absolutely have to move,
looked for something canned or start from scratch.

As for the other poster saying surveys showing Sun Solaris
being unreliable, I'd like to see those. Sun was rock solid
in the 2 environments I used them in, one of which was tech support
dealing with mostly Sun customers.
