PowerHouse Quiz takes 60%+ CPU in EXEC mode

Cognos is a known CPU hog on all systems I have ever heard about.  I'm
not sure what's available for VMS, but on HP-3000 we use Suprtool
(www.robelle.com) to pre-process the extraction into Cognos indexed
subfiles, then use QUIZ to link the subfiles and produce the reports.
At one site, this practice cut the run time of one set of QUIZ reports
from 9 hours to under an hour.
