Powerhouse Quiz takes 60%+ CPU in EXEC mode

I imagine you've already done the standard RMS tuning stuff.
Just grasping at straws, but one thing you might check is the index
bucket sizes. Sometimes, if they are sized to result in hundreds of
index entries you get some churning because of the way RMS does
binary searches of the index buckets.
