Century Options in 710G2

Every application's requirements are different. While defaulting the century
based on a from year may be the solution in most cases, it is not in all
cases .  The INPUT CENTURY feature provides a 100 year window for defaulting
centuries. There are times when you do not want to default a century. For
example, birth dates or death dates are very important for the insurance
industry. A system may require that the user enter the century to ensure
that it's correct. Entering 20/03/05 and getting 2020/03/05 might not be
what you want for a birth date.
