Yes, 8.43G.
There was a support page at IBM's web site that listed the key errors,
with brief notes on each one. I'm kicking myself for not saving a
copy of it.
(Also, emailed IBM to ask where it went to.)
Nothing has changed with screen code or hardware or client PC's. The
first time it happened was in December. This is after 7 years on the
current version of the code and 18 years after the original code was
created.
It's now happening about twice a month; they run this process 2-4
times a week.
Who is support now, post sale?
