Powerhouse license transfers

Doesn’t much matter what Cognos had. And it likely doesn’t matter what IBM had since the sale to Unicom. The best bet is to contact Unicom.

But keep in mind, as is the case with most software, the product was licensed to the buyer, not sold, and as such, the rights cannot be transferred without the permission of the owner, who is now Unicom.
