Powerhouse license transfers

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to find out if Cognos ever had a license transfer operation for its Powerhouse products. If you'd sell an HP 3000 that had Powerhouse installed, was there a way to transfer that software license to the new buyer? I remember some kind of license transfer fee, but I cannot recall what it was for.

HP 3000s are being decommissioned, and some have very costly Powerhouse software on them. Wondering if there's any value there to a buyer.
