d* screen levels overflow error

Hi,

I have a customer who is migrating from PH 7.10 to PH 8.40G and running 
into a d* screen levels overflow error.  It worked fine in PH7.10.  They 
have a QKGO file that was set to 12 for screen levels in PH 7.10 which was 
increased to 14 screen levels in PH8.40G.  Has anyone else run into this 
issue?  They are trying to go live this weekend and this is an expected 
error they received today.

Any and all ideas welcome.
