Migration Gotcha's

So a very loaded question...

Say someone was running a very old version of PH on Unix (7.33.D3) and they
needed to migrate to something current.. What would let need to look at..
Not much of it is compiled other then the quick screens. but it uses a lot
of CISAM

I can come up with a couple on my own;

-Existing Subfiles
-Recompilation
-Is CISAM still supported?
-Function defaults
-QKDRIVERs
-PHD to PDL
