CSV ramblings

Powerhouse users often provide data from Excel either as an .xls file
or (occasionally) in CSV format.  Converting it to CSV is of course no
chore.  However, loading the data into Powerhouse tables is an awkward
and time-consuming process, so a PH tool to streamline it would be most
welcome.
