IBM Buying Cognos

Well I hope this IBM thing is not the cause of the new Customer Support
Tracking system they are using or there will be no hope for any of us
calling support anymore.

I sent my documents 3 times and they either bounced back or disappeared....
You can't even leave voice mail any more.
They send you out an email in 5 or 6 difference languages (starting with
French) and the English Link is missing and I know I was registered with
them as ENGLISH

I hope this is not an indication of things to come.
