QTP error

Hi All, figured this out - it turns out it was a problem with writing a
define to a subfile that contained data from an improperly extracted
time from the current date.

Hi all.  We recently upgraded out development database to v7.2-111 and
I'm getting an error in QTP.

*Fatal Error* *Q-13* Notify Cognos Customer Support.

Does anyone know what this is?
