QTP error

I think I used to get this error from qdesign when trying to access a
reference file record with a key which was not unique - the solution was to
open the file as 'secondary noitems open read share'.

You could try adding 'set file open read share' to some of the file opens -
especially any views.

I'm getting an error in QTP.

*Fatal Error* *Q-13* Notify Cognos Customer Support.

Does anyone know what this is?
