PHWEB and Internet Explorer 7.0

It is possible that this is an IE 7 restriction or setting for security.
We have not done extensive testing on IE 7 as yet due to internal
network restrictions. We're still on IE 6 until the corporate IT group
clears IE 7. We're trying to get special dispensation so we can test.
However, since we don't do anything browser specific, and the pages work
on every other browser, I expect it's something specific to IE 7. I have
not heard of any other issues with IE 7.

1. ask Cognos if the PHweb version you are using is compatible with
I.E.7

2. for now, add a custom 'back' button which passes the current entered
data 
back to the original entry page
