RUN COMMAND

Dear all,

Thanks all, for the input and suggestions.

I have not solved the problem but I can get the commands to work if it is a 
small QUICK program.

But once I copy the same codes to the actual program (over 1,400 LOC), it does 
not function.

Any ideas.
