Generate XML file with Powerhouse

Not a stupid question at all!

XML Thunder has recently release their product on VMS.
It is a 3GL api that can read and write XML pages.

You might be able to bolt it  to QUICK by
setting up QKDRIVER to include the image or
you may have to wrte a small 3gl interface to
get QUICK to work with it.
