Generate XML file with Powerhouse

Hi

Easiest way I found was to use QK (in batch mode) outputting XML to a
serial file. As the serial file is fixed length, you may want to get rid of
trailing spaces using a JCL command.

Gives more control, can easily lookup other files to get data (setting up
tables etc) when required.

You can do everything in the init procedure or put a 'push find' in the
init procedure and put the stuff in the find procedure. There are some
quirks but since you are not updating anything, there should be no problems.
