Locking in PH 8.40D

Hi,

We had the same issue when we made the switch.

In 7.10, we never used the close file argument in a screen and it worked.

In 8.40, we had to add this in every screen to get it to work like it used
to be in 7.10.

This is from memory...I might be wrong...
