Locking in PH 8.40D

Hy,

We have recently made an PowerHouse upgrade from 7.10G to 8.40D under 
OpenVms.

In version 8.40 we have problems with locking which didn't exist in 
version 7.10G. The following messages are presented -

WAITING ON LOCK . . . . . and then
Can't lock the file at this time. Try again later.(RSCNLT)

Any expierience ?
Are there any tools or commands for OpenVms to find out which table is 
locked ?
