This is not a supported configuration. The only way you might be able to access an Oracle 10g server is to use the Oracle client from a version of Oracle supported by 8.20D. But even that would not be supported.
Note that even in the current version of PowerHouse, 8.40D1, Oracle 10g is only supported via the Oracle 9.2.0.5 client. Full Oracle 10g support is due in the next release.

We are in the process of migrating to Oracle 10g (form 9i) and am trying to get some feedback on success or horror stories, or if it is even feasible. The shop does not want to upgrade PowerHouse at this time.
I would appreciate any input.
