is anyone aware of how to disable the effect of the ';
' char while entering data into a Quick screen field ?

Joe,
I couldn't find anything that would disable it in the screen. I did, however, go into QKGO, into the "Action and Data Field Commands" screen. The field separator is defined there. I'm pretty sure that you could change that value and then go back into the application without having to re-compile anything. I could, however, be wrong on that as it has been EONS since I've actually had to goof around with any QKGO settings.
Note that I'm in HP-Ux 10.20, Powerhouse 7.33.something.

Subject: is anyone aware of how to disable the effect of the ';' char while entering data into a Quick screen field ?
Hi all,
is anyone aware of how to disable the effect of the ';' char while entering data into a Quick screen field ?
E.g. by default, entering a;b;c into a field will cause the next three data fields to accept a, b and c respectively - I want to enter a;b;c in the field I am in.
I seem to recall an action field sequence that will do this but can't recall what it is.
Regards, Joe.
