you could try google-izing the powerh-l archives by entering the text below 
(in the google search box )

site:lists.sowder.com powerh-l axiant

I just tested that this is still working, and while the links to the 
individual entries are returned - no link is found when the URL is clicked; 
but that could be local to my setup.
