Oracle connection problem

Hi All:


The character set WE8ISO8859P1 is very similiar to
   Dec supplemental. There is a gap in the character set
I believe from character with decimal code 128 to 160.
This gap is where control characters live.

Whereas WE8MSWIN125x uses the whole spectrum. I did a search for
WE8MSWIN125 on the Oracle web and did not get a hit.

It could be that a valid character in WE8MSWIN125x is being eaten
by the network.

If you need the euro character ISO8859P15 has it.
