Quiz and pdfs

Does anyone know if there is a pdf printerdriver available on openvms as
well? (I know it's out of scope).

In case anyone wasn't aware:

The sendmail suggestion reminded me that you can generate pdfs using
QUIZ on Windows if you have a pdf writer print driver. I have Adobe
Acrobat but there are inexpensive or free pdf writers. Simply use the
SET REPORT DEVICE PRINTER string syntax and put your pdfwriter device
name in the string. Mine is "Acrobat pdfwriter", so the syntax is

SET REPORT DEVICE PRINTER "Acrobat pdfwriter"

When you run the report, you're prompted for the file location and name.
Of course you can use SET REPORT NAME to specify the name, but you're
still prompted for location.

I don't know the sendmail syntax but you might be able to do something
like this to trick Quiz to your will.

	set report device printer "sendmail touser"

That might work if sendmail accepts the input file from the pipe.

For this problem I would go with Robert's suggestion.
