Conditional Compile on HP-UX

A couple of things come to mind. Try using lower case - cc - rather than
uppercase. UNIX is case sensitive. Also, you shouldn't need the quotes
inside, so try
qdesign cc=(XXX)
I have not actually tried this, but based on my understanding this
should work.

We are migrating from MPE to HPUX and I have a problem with
conditional compiles of Qdesign.
On MPE, the compile was performed by QDESIGN CC=("XXX") whereby
XXX is the condition.
How is the sysntax of the command on HPUX ?!?
