Powerhouse Oracle Question

I am having a connection problem when using QTP with the following
specifics:

 

-PowerHouse  8.20.D

-Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.6.0

-OpenVMS V7.3-2

 

Error Message:

Has anyone out there ran across this problem - QTP works fine with other
