Powerhouse Web vs Domain name - OpenVMS

Hi Joe,

Even if I changed the internet domain name, I didn't change the Decnet Node
name.  The proof if that the other Powerhouse components are still running
fine.

I didn't have the time to try to reboot last night...but will surely try
tonight.
