I think Blue has a good point If you can identify the deltas. Then you can 
apply them to
the new database using QTP either using portable subfiles or ODBC transfers.

If not you can totally refresh a table with the data from the HP3000.
You could use QTP or SuprTool to create a bcp load file.

If you are using ODBCSE ( HP3000 default ) as your ODBC driver, test it out
make sure your can update from the HP3000.  Some people have gotten a nasty
error message that says you cannot access a turboIMAGE dataset from a cursor 
with
the RETAIN CURSOR option.
