Many years ago I converted a PowerHouse PC system to
the OpenVMS version.  It was quite straight forward
and most code required no changes.  Most work revolved
around creating DCL scripts to replace DOS scripts
IICRC.

Having used PH 8.4 in a Windows NT environment myself,
I believe to will find the conversion to be simple.
