interbase license problem

when you  say 'I checked the Cognos Knowledge Base. Nothing.', I hope you 
mean that you have contacted Cognos support so that they can check thier 
Knowledge Base; the one at the Cognos customer web site is weak compared to 
the one accessed by Cognos support techs.
