Creation of fdl file

Well I don't wonder using such a primitive OS! ;)

An FDL (File Definition Language) file is using by
OpenVMS to describe the structure of an RMS file.  RMS
is the ISAM file system used by OpenVMS in liu of
having a RDBMS available.  It is fast, reliable and
flexible.

PS. Yeah, I still love OpenVMS.  Anyone tried it on
the Itanium CPU yet?
