Sorting rows in a cluster

If you're accessing a database like Oracle, you might be able to set up a
cursor or a view. Or, if the primary file doesn't have too many records, you
can do some preprocessing to write records to a temporary file and then
accessing and sorting it as the primary.

screen in a sequence by a column that is not in the primary file (I.e., the
column I want to sort by comes from a reference file.) The primary file is
