limit of backup movements has been reached

A colleague found it & fixed it (a broken run command, he said).
I'd not heard there was a relationship between occurs and cache (beyond
cache>=occurs) - is it documented anywhere ?
Occurs was 95 because that's what could fit; cache was 255 because
you're not allowed bigger ... more than 95 would be exceptional and
undesirable anyway ni this case, I think.
