I'm unclear of what you mean by "Googlize".  The list archives are
currently searchable using Google directly.  Adding
"site:lists.sowder.com powerh-l" to your search terms will narrow the
search to just the archives pretty much, but other than that, I'm not
clear on what you are asking unless you're referring to adding a
search link to the list web page.
