Introduction of Calling Quick Screens as Functions

Pre 7.2x PowerHouse did not have a commit verb. So to force a commit on the
QUERY transaction we would call a GHOST subscreen which performs a get on an
InterBase table. The ghost screen would have used the COMMIT ON EXIT option 
thus
forcing the commit. The next get on the calling screen to be performed in a 
new QUERY transcation.

With the advent of the commit verb and the new default transaction model 
this technique
was rendered useless. But some of the code may still be around.

We also called subscreens:-
    if the number of files to be processed exceeded the screen limit of 31
or if the nesting level needed to set higher than the maximum.
