I think I told this story on the listserver before, but a few years ago I took a week of BI training (waste of time/money) in Ottawa, and noticed a sign over a door just down the hall from the classroom which read

POWERHOUSE DEVELOPMENT Group

Ah hah I said to myself I'll drop in and see who is on the team these days.  Alas, the door was locked.  Hmmm I thought as I peered through the door.  What I saw was a room with 1 chair, 1 can of paint opened and used up, a drop cloth bunched up on the floor and a broom.
