Mapping character DELETE in Powerhouse

In some emulations (e.g. Reflections) you can toggle whether the backspace
key
sends a backspace ( cntl-H) or a delete ( decimal 127). If your backspace
key
is setup to send cntl-H then it doesn't matter what the QKGO TIC setup
says about
delete you are only going to get a backspace ( cntl-H). So what if
anything has
the DELETE key been mapped to?
