Using ISO 8859-1 Extended characters in Quick 8.41

Hi:
A few points on using ISO8850-1 as your code page.
1252 is a superset of ISO8859-1. Many applications on UNIX
use this code page. The DEC supplemental code page is very
similiar to ISO8859-1.
You can enter most of the ISO8859-1 characters
plus the euro symbol ( decimal equivalent 128 in code page 1252 )
by using the US International keyboard layout.
chcp 1252
If your PC code page is 1252 use Lucida Console as opposed to
raster font for your DOS console font.
If you are using 1252 your will have to translate the German or
French PowerHouse message files from DOs 850 to 1252.
If you want use ISO8859-15 the new standard with the euro. You
can, but you lose 8 of the ISO8859-1 characters
but gain the euro in the standard position.
