Tool to generate screen program?????

The layout section of a QUICK screen is the easy part of writing QUICK 
screen
and could be automated.
The more difficult part is translating the business rules to QUICK code.
If you are commited to a certain database you can have those rules described 
as constraints,
triggers and stored procedures.
But you still have to work on how the pieces including your automated layout 
section fit together in the screen .
