We've been having a lot of discussions about OWNER recently. Note that the
OWNER parameter is not available at execution time, only compile time. If
you build with NOOWNER, we do not generate OWNER information in the compiled
screen, run, or report. That information is then needed at execution time
via the dictionary. There are a number of techniques to handle multiple
OWNERs. There's a SupportLink article coming. If you need more details,
please contact customer support.
