10,000 line page length limit

It is 'Broken' in version 8.13.D1 on Solaris too.

Well, yes, that's what I want, what I really, really want.
But the bug that equates 0 to 10,000 has been around a long time.
I wasn't aware that page length 0 had worked anywhere since V7, or whenever
it broke.
Perhaps it's just a VMS thing.
Is it fixed in 8.30 or 8.40 or whatever ?
Most of the reports I have that break 10,000 don't break it by much, so
increasing the limit would alleviate the problem quite a lot.
