The book that was published years ago was more on techniques than learning
PowerHouse. It was a private publication and as far as I know is no longer
available. I know of no other published books on PowerHouse.

Have you tried Amazon.com?  There was a third party book on PH published
many years ago but I believe it is hard to come by.

There maybe an opportunity for Bob Deskin (and perhaps one or two
collaborators) to make some money on the side by writing such a book/s.
